Invitation-only access

Only approved, invited creators may use this beta. Protect your password and account sessions. Do not share access, impersonate another creator, or attempt to access another person's workspace.

Channel ownership and permissions

Connect only a YouTube channel that you are permitted to administer. You authorize Google access yourself. The tested creator connection is read-only; ChannelVance does not automatically publish, upload or modify YouTube videos in this beta.

Draft title, description and tag suggestions remain subject to your review. Accepting an in-app draft is not permission to make a live YouTube change.

Recommendations and external services

Trend comparisons and AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete, wrong or outdated. They do not guarantee views, rankings, monetization or channel growth. Check factual accuracy and third-party rights before using any suggestion.

Google, YouTube and other third-party services impose their own terms and account restrictions. Do not use ChannelVance to bypass those requirements.

Beta changes and support

This is a restricted test service that may have outages, missing features or changed limits. Do not rely on it as the sole record of important channel or business information. Current approved pilot access does not require a ChannelVance subscription payment; future services, if offered, will be described separately before any charge.

See our privacy notice for information about account, workspace and connected-channel data. Contact the person who invited you through your existing communication channel with beta questions or privacy requests. An official public support mailbox is not yet active.
