Privacy notice
Effective 22 October 2026. ChannelVance is an invitation-only creator beta.
Information used by the beta
We process account email addresses, authentication and invitation records, private creator workspaces, linked YouTube channel identifiers and public channel/video details, creator-submitted metadata and draft decisions, and technical security/diagnostic records.
If you opt into an AI recommendation, relevant content and context may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate a suggestion. Do not submit confidential information that you do not have permission to share.
Why information is processed
The beta uses these details to sign you in, verify invitations and workspace ownership, provide read-only channel connections, save private drafts, apply usage limits, and investigate reliability and security issues.
Service providers and access
ChannelVance uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for application hosting, and Google APIs when a creator authorizes YouTube access. Optional AI features may process relevant prompts through Google Gemini. These services also have their own privacy terms.
Other creators should not be able to read your private workspace. Privileged service and administrator access may be used for security, support and operational administration.
YouTube permission and control
Connecting a channel requires a separate Google consent step. The current private beta uses read-only YouTube connection for the tested creator workflow; saving or accepting a draft does not publish or edit a video on YouTube.
You can revoke an application's Google permissions from your Google Account security settings. Revoking permissions may stop future retrieval but does not automatically erase previously saved account or draft records.
Retention, requests and security
Account, draft and audit information may remain while an account is active or while needed for technical, security or legal reasons. Exact deletion timing can depend on records and provider retention. You can request review, correction or deletion through ChannelVance support or the available account-deletion workflow.
Passwords are handled by the authentication provider; the app stores protected connection credentials in its backend. No internet-connected service can guarantee perfect security.
Questions and requests
For questions or privacy requests, contact the person who invited you through your existing communication channel. The beta does not yet have an active public support mailbox. Do not send passwords or connection credentials.
